Releasing the Kraken on a Budget: Phoibos PX002C Review

Phoibos has only been around for a relatively short amount of time. Yet they have made a large impact amount collectors and enthusiasts. Now this particular Phoibos wasn’t really on my radar. As I was more interested in their newer Eagle Ray and Sentinel models, but after receiving a few requests to review it, I started looking at it in more detail.

What I discovered was an affordable 300m subby homage with great specs. While there are already a number of good reviews on these from Phoibos, those were done on an older version. Since then the watch has been updated with a new dial, and better Lume.

Spec wise, this is 42mm and 13mm tall. Swiss Super Luminova, Sapphire crystal, solid link bracelet, and 300m of Water Resistance. All for $119.
